TABLE TALK | HONEY – SRIRACHA – CILANTRO SALMON

I have to tell you, I’ve never really been a “fish” person UNTIL I started to try some really flavorful dishes. Growing up, my mom always cooked fish with Indian spices, which I’m sure is yummy, but didn’t really appeal to my teenage taste palate. I’ve been pretty stand-offish to fish since then.

Salmon is something I didn’t try until just about four years ago. See, my husband (then boyfriend) had a challenge going where we would try to cook something from a different part of the world every week. One week we decided to make Thai Curry with salmon and it was so delicious that I just knew I had to try more salmon recipes.

When I posted a picture of this dish on my Instagram stories, I got a overflowing amount of messages asking what the recipe was. So here it is! Because of our cultural background, we seem to handle spicy pretty well, but feel free to add a little more of this, and a little less of that according to your personal preference. My rule of thumb is… the more Sriracha, the better!
