Gingham is no longer associated with the print of a 50’s tablecloth, actually I would go as far as saying it’s the print of the season or maybe even the year. I’ve been on the lookout for the perfect gingham top for months and I’m drooling over this top from SheIn that is ONLY $14. I’m obsessed with the bows in the back and the peplum style. I mean, it’s basically me in a top.
In this look I was dressed for a daytime date, with my favorite designer dupe sandals (linked below), but I can’t help a bold red lip with gingham print, daytime or not — it’s the only way to go in my books. Speaking of these sandals, they are Steve madden and are dupes for the Hermes Izmir sandals only like $600 dollars less! I actually bought them for a (potential) upcoming trip, but I literally have worn them every single day since I got them. They are SO comfortable and versatile, I mean you could literally wear them with anything. Don’t tell hubby, but I have my eye on the brown ones too, and maybe even the metallic ones… oops!
