As healthy as we try to be in the Dhanani household, the craving of a burger never disappears. With our Italy trip only one month away, we are trying to be as healthy as possible so that we can indulge later!
Recently, instead of going out to eat on the weekends, we’ve been trying to make our favorite meals at home. This turkey burger is one of our favorite recipes, and helps replace the craving of a big, beefy, burger — only with more veggies and definitely better on the hips.
Low-Calorie tip: instead of burger buns, double up on your patties and add a little more yogurt over a bed of spinach. Just as satisfying!
