It took us about 2 years to invest in a cast iron pan and though I have no idea why it took so long, but now that we have it I don’t know what we did without it!
One of our favorite meals to make with the cast iron skillet is Lamb Chops. Now Hubs doesn’t cook much, but when he does… best lamb chops… ever! They are so tender and juicy and the Harissa spice powder is the best seasoning ever–I seriously wish I could put it on everything.
