Besides cozying up on my couch with my pumpkin spice candle burning on the coffee table, and indulging in apple pie for the next few months, my favorite part about fall is adding touches to my home that reflect the new season. Although I usually don’t go “nuts” with the fall decor around here, because I go absolutely crazy with my christmas decor, this year I was unusually excited about ringing in the new season.
The best part about being in a home for a few years is that you accumulate decorations throughout the years, so I didn’t really have to buy too many new things to …

A photoshoot is the best way to remember an incredible trip abroad. We visited Paris last year, but unfortunately we were overwhelmed with sightseeing, so we didn’t give enough thought to getting our photos taken. We regretted that decision immediately. This year, we didn’t want to make that mistake again when we had a quick stopover in the city of love before continuing on our journey to Italy.
If you are planning a trip to Paris, or anywhere else in the world, (we had our photos taken in Singapore absolutely loved them, check them out below) then here are some quick and easy tips to make …

Because I’ve been traveling since I was a child, I consider myself to be pretty good at it. My first solo flight was when I was 7 or 8 years old — so I guess you could call me an expert. And although I’ve been doing it forever, I still sometimes get overwhelmed with the long list of things I need to do before I leave.
I recently realized that I have the same routine every time we are getting ready for a trip, whether that be for a few nights or a few weeks. So, to help me (and you!) get organized for our …
You would think I’m a teenager with the amount of skin issues I’ve encountered over the last few years. As women, we always hear that skincare is the most important thing in order to age gracefully. I agree with those statements, unfortunately, I haven’t had the best of luck finding a skincare brand that is compatable with my skin.
If you’re in the same boat as I am, I have a solution for you. As I’ve mentioned before, I have extremely dry skin and no matter what moisturizer I use, my skin still seems to be flakey and dry. UNTIL I started using two products …
In May 2017 we visited Paris for the very first time (and absolutely fell in love), London, Madrid, and Barcelona (we didn’t vlog in Barcelona). We aren’t pro’s at this “vlogging” thing and it took me only over a year to edit it, this video brings back so many amazing memories and I can’t help but think that we will be showing this to our future children one day.
We plan on vlogging our entire trip to Paris & Italy next month, but until then, enjoy this flashback of our trip last year! (If you want to see a glimpse of our honeymoon to Greece & …

Do you have a wall in your home that you just don’t know what to do with? Girl, I feel you. This wall in our master suite haunted me for years. Everything I would buy to hang on it seemed, too small, not personal enough, or I simply just didn’t love it.
After finally decorating the rest of our home, (well, almost… are you ever really done with home decor?) I re-visited this wall and decided I was finally going to do something with it. I researched, and pinned, thats a verb right? And finally came across an idea that I thought might work.
Everyone has that one dress or outfit that they keep “just incase”, this one is mine. I remember buying this jumpsuit back when jumpsuits weren’t as cool as they are now, but I knew it was too cute to pass up. I wore it ONCE and though I loved it, I felt weird because no-one else was wearing jumpsuits, so I stuck it in the back of my closet and completely forgot about it.
As healthy as we try to be in the Dhanani household, the craving of a burger never disappears. With our Italy trip only one month away, we are trying to be as healthy as possible so that we can indulge later!
Recently, instead of going out to eat on the weekends, we’ve been trying to make our favorite meals at home. This turkey burger is one of our favorite recipes, and helps replace the craving of a big, beefy, burger — only with more veggies and definitely better on the hips.
Low-Calorie tip: instead of burger buns, double up on your patties and add a …
Guys, I can’t believe it’s already been one year! It feels like just yesterday that I was talking to A (my husband, Aziz) about re-launching my blog because, well, it was finally time.
Over this past year, I have encountered a whirlwind of emotions and yes, just like everyone else, I get overwhelmed. My goal is to always make content that I would like to read, and it’s not always easy as it seems. There are so many bloggers out there nowadays, and I’m so thankful that you guys have stuck around for a whole year! Cheers to many more!
5 THINGS I’VE ACCOMPLISHED …
